Schedule a call with Dana

The first step is always a short, free call with Dana. There is no obligation and nothing to prepare. You will talk through where your student is right now, ask any questions on your mind, and leave with a clear sense of whether working together makes sense and what a sensible next step looks like.

Find a time that works

Pick a time on Dana’s calendar and the call is set, with no back and forth emails. Evenings and weekends are available, because most families are only free once the school day is over.

Start with a 15 minute call

As foreigners, we didn’t understand how it all worked. With her guidance the process was smooth and very successful for everybody.

Rather Not Book Online?

Email or call Dana directly and she will get back to you herself. There is no assistant, no intake team, and no queue.

What to Expect

This is a conversation, not a sales call. Plenty of families finish the call, decide the timing is not right, and reach out again a year later. That is a perfectly good outcome.

  • It takes about 15 minutes, no more than that.
  • You can come with a list of questions, or with none at all.
  • Nothing to prepare. No transcripts, no test scores, no essays.
  • You will leave knowing what a sensible next step looks like.

Dana works with families across the U.S. and abroad, so time zones can always be accommodated.
